Amazon Gold Box Deal of the Day: Kwikset Smartcode Electronic Deadbolt
Amazon has their Kwikset Smartcode Electronic Deadbolt on sale today for $70.99. Lowes has them on their website for $99.99. These can make a great Christmas gift. It comes in satin nickel, polished brass and venetian bronze. I have on of these on my front door and back door. I absolutly love it. I do not have to have my keys with me. It can hold 3 codes to be set to make it easy for multiple people in the house to remember your code. If you trust someone coming to your house to help out you can put a code in for them and then after they are gone erase the code. It also installs just like any other deadbolt lock. I highly recommend electronic locks.

Easy Canvas Prints
Ever wondered what it would be like to have one of your favorite pictures you have taken to be put on canvas? Easy Canvas Prints can do just that. They will help you make a single canvas print as small as an 8 x 8 all the way up to a custom size of 40 x 40. All canvas come with a .75 inch wrap or upgrade to the 1.5 inch wrap (depending on size it may come with the 1.5 inch). The wrap can be a continuation of the picture or a mirror image of the picture. If you want wall art they will help you with the different sizes and how they look best hanging on the wall
I got an 16 x 20 of a deer Chris took while we were in the Smoky Mountains last November. The detail in the picture is amazing. The sage grass in front of the deer is so detailed you can see each blade of grass. The deer looks so life-molike that even my Golden Retriever, Bear, stood in front of it looking at it waiting for it to move so he could attack it. Another thing I like about Easy Canvas Prints is on the back of the wrap is the date your photo was ordered, the size and order number. I do not know if I will ever have another photo printed to hang on the wall anymore. I want them all to be canvases. Especially since you can have them framed.
I liked my two free canvases so well I ordered more. I've ordered one additional canvas for myself and two for our mom. For me the most attractive part of Easy Canvas Prints is I have been able to start removing those bought prints and wall decorations we all have. I now have prints hanging on my walls that are unique and I don't have to worry about seeing hanging on anyone else's wall because it is my picture hanging there and it looks professional.
This is my free 16" x 20". I took this down in the Smoky Mountains back in the spring. While the detail in Sara's deer canvas clearly shows every grass, in this picture there was a lot of trash towards the bottom of the stream because they had not yet had much rain. The trash is highly visible on my computer screen but the image is softer on the canvas and the trash isn't as noticeable. I was pleasantly surprised. While the trash isn't as visible, the rocks, water, moss and trees are nice and clear.
This is the free 8" x 10" I received and one of the other canvases I ordered. The canvas on the right is a picture I took in the Smoky's this spring and after receiving the canvas I liked it so well that after I saw a picture of the same cabin covered in snow that Sara took a few winters ago I had to order a canvas of it. After our mom saw this she liked it so well she wanted two canvases of another house in Cades Cove that she had where one was the house covered in snow and the other was the same house in the spring.
Easy Canvas Prints even allows you to edit your photos. Both of these pictures that mom wanted were much larger, showing much more of the surrounding. I was able to zoom in on the picture and move it left and right to help make sure I had the picture set to to what was going to look best hanging on the wall. When mom received these canvases, she was thrilled and loved the way they looked.
I like having canvases of pictures I have taken so well I have recently bought a new DSLR camera and plan on working on converting everything hanging on my walls, except for my diplomas, from store bought prints and decorations to canvases of my personal pictures. While it is easy to do a review on a product you receive for free and sing it's praises, I don't think anything shows our satisfaction with a product more than ordering additional canvases that we paid for. Anyone that knows me knows how slow I am to part with my money so the fact that I bought additional canvases should speak volumes.

When you order from Easy Canvas Prints, ordering your print is very easy. They show you how to choose what size you need for your wall. They give you their prices up front with each size in case you want to upgrade. You also have the option of upgrading your wrap on the photo. The wrap I got is the .75 inch wrap, which is shown below.
Easy Canvas Prints was kind enough to send both of us a free 16" x 20" and 8" x 10".
