Whole Latte Love book review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial. I got to read Whole Latte Love by Rachelle Ayala.  I loved this book.

Here is her book description:  Investment banking intern Carina Chen doesn’t need any distractions—especially the sexy, guitar-playing barista she rooms with for the summer.

Free spirit Dylan Jewell appreciates the delightful universe of women who vie for his attention. His goal in life is to do good, make happy coffee, and help the homeless.

When Carina moves in, she insists on rules of conduct to quell her instant attraction to Dylan. But when her boss asks her to turn Dylan into a businessman, she can’t think of a reason not to take advantage of his hospitality.

Their chemistry is white hot, but Dylan refuses to play Carina’s game, unable to understand how he can fall in love with a woman who puts profits in front of people. When Carina realizes Dylan isn’t budging, she risks all to gain a single night with him. Will her gambit backfire or will Dylan discover Carina’s true heart before she runs away with his?

Set in Berkeley, California, Whole Latte Love is an opposites-attract romance mixing bluesy rock music, hot, steamy love scenes, and financial shenanigans.

Steamy love scenes and language. Suitable for readers 18+.

Here is why I loved it.  You have someone who wants everything to be her version of perfect.  Work hard for a great job, get paid well and find the business man that goes along with what you do in life.  Carina has just graduated and has an internship in Investment Banking.  Her job helps make business and money go round and round.  Carina works hard during her internship to get the job she wants after the internship is over.  She has to compete for the job as the only female in a male dominated work force.

Carina is need of a place to live.  She wants somewhere close where she can quickly get to work.  Her friend, Shelia knows someone who is looking for a roommate to help pay his rent.  Carina meets Dylan at the local coffee shop while women are swooning over him.  She doesn't want to live with someone who has a revolving bedroom door.  She wants to check all of her options first before she will consider it.  After checking out apartments with very low possibilities she goes to the last one not knowing who is answering the door.

Dylan is the local barista who also plays the guitar in a band.  While Dylan is well educated and can work for almost any major banking corporation he chooses to live the life he wants with no rule, go with the flow and help others who need help.  He can make the best latte with a coffee heart that anyone has ever seen.  Dylan volunteers with the homeless and helps get them food and places to live while also helping teach the teens how to garden.

When Dylan opens the door to Carina he knows she will be his roommate and so much more.  He has never meet anyone like her.  When she finally agrees with her and her rules each one knows it will be hard.  Dylan and Carina have a bond like no other that he will admit to while she denies it, because he has not job set in stone when he wants to go on tour with his band.

When roommates decide its time to be more and Carina's boss, who just happens to be Dylan's ex, things can get complicated.  Can they survive when they are put to the test?  That you will have to read and find out yourself.

BzzAgent is looking for some good men

BzzAgent is needing men to try out new products for free and give them their honest opinion of those products.  Currently they have campaigns going on for Gillette Razors.  They have also had campaigns for Old Spice razors.  These razors can be manual or electric.  I have been with BzzAgent for over a year and love it.  I have had countless campaigns and found new products that I love and bought.  Others I have thought were just okay and I could live without.
There is no cost to you to join and almost all of the campaigns they release the products are free to you.  I have only had one where they wanted me to buy the product to review.  I was offered that product at a huge discount.
Campaigns can be for Kroger, K-cups, insoles, beauty products and food.  You do not have to accept any of the campaigns they offer you.
I enjoy the campaigns.  Just post on Facebook and Twitter what you think of the products and take pictures to post.  It is very easy to do.  It is easier than trying to write and word this post for you.

Women don't despair. They have plenty of campaigns coming just for you too.

Please note that a lot of the campaigns can go for either men or women.  My most recent campaign is for Dr. Scholl's Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts that is a $50 value.

Purex Dryer Sheets Review and Giveaway

Purex has come out with new dryer sheets.  The sheets are a lot like the crystals when it comes to fragrance.  These dryer sheets smell amazing.  I received a box of the Lavender Blossom.  The sheets give 30 days of long-lasting fragrance, reduces static cling and repels pet hair and lint.  I could tell a huge difference on the pet hair.  Bear is a Golden Retriever and constantly sheds and I am always finding his hair in the dryer.  When I took the first load out of the dryer his hair was almost non-existent.   Also I have not had as much static in the clothes.

I liked the smell of these dryer sheets so well that I put one under the seat in my car.  I love getting in the car and having a good clean lavender scent through out.

The dryer sheets also come in a Free Spring Waters scent.

Disclosure:  The Purex brand provided me with a sample of Purex Crystals Dryer Sheets in exchange for a product review.  However, all the opinionsexpressed here are my own.
